With decades of experience machining custom components made from the most exotic and challenging metals, Force Precision is capable of working with virtually every metallic raw-material, with few exceptions. We are also highly competitive on projects that require more commonplace alloys. We are attentive to our customers' needs for complete traceability, DFARS-compliance, and full specification conformance. Similarly, we have an in-depth understanding of potential risks associated with the effects of heat-treatments, metallurgical modifications, and material-specific secondary processes. Furthermore, our capability to work with bar, plate, and sheet allows us to manufacture a vast array of component types for numerous industries.
Force Precision’s CNC-milling, turning, honing, and boring capabilities include the latest technologies in high precision machining, including our impressive Haas VF-3 with 4 axis, Haas SL30 with 3" bar feeder, and Sunnen LBB style precision honing machines. We consistently advance our capabilities through fixturing, custom-tooling, and indexing equipment.

Below are several key points that set Force Precision apart from the normal "job shop":
A decorated combat veteran, David, is a proven leader and consensus builder, able to bring together people and ideas into workable solutions. After his military service, he has since enjoyed a decade long engineering career in Nuclear, Aerospace and Defense manufacturing. Specializing in ultra-tight tolerance components, he has experience manufacturing parts to print for companies like Boeing R&D, Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, Northrop Grumman and SpaceX. As a registered AS9100 and ISO9001 Lead Auditor, he intimately knows how to build a Quality Management System to meet the most stringent customer requirements. Moreover, David is a Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Calibration Technician and a GD&T instructor.
"Rusty" is world class machinist with over 35 years of manufacturing experience. Not only is he a certified Mastercam instructor, but is also a Mastercam Wildest Part Competition Champion. Specializing in machining tight tolerance engines, Rusty has collaborated with championship Indy Car, Offshore Powerboat Racing, and NHRA drag racing teams. When multiple time World Champion and Hall of Fame NHRA drag racing champion, Darrell Gwynn, needed a new generation engine, the only person he would trust with the build was Rusty. His manufacturing experience and professionalism can not be overstated. With all of his accolades, Rusty remains humble, and continues to inspire and train the next generation of machinists.
We love our customers, so feel free to schedule a visit during normal business hours.
